Prices and conditions

The quality of our apartments and services is very high. We decided to make available with competitive prices, and to try offering the Holiday house and B&B solution.

The extra facilities (as well as the linen and the clening) are included in the price, with the exception of the reservations for less than 3 nights.

Services

• towels and bed linen (included for reservation of minimum three nights; on demand for reservation of less then 3 nights: € 5,00 € per couple);
• final clening of the apartments (included for reservation of minimum three nights; for reservation of less than 3 nights € 30,00 obligatory, with an extra cost of € 30,00) ;
• equipped kitchen with household appliances (fridge, bakery, washing-machine, etc.);
• Rent a car and transfer (on request);
• free parking in the opposite street.

General conditions

• check-in: dalle 12.00 di mattina (am);
• Check-in: 12.00 am
• Check-Out: 10.00 am
• It is allowed the entrance of pets (best if in appropriate hutch)

Discounts

• the children younger than 3 years old: free
• children between 4 and 10 years old; 50% of discount
• Long periods: reduction up to 15-20% on the total of the  reservation; (every case will be valued in relation to the period and to the accommodation demanded).
  

Payment conditions

• To confirm the reservation is required an advanced fee, to be paid by bank transfer, of about the 30% on the toptal amount of the reservation.
• For last minute reservations is possible to confirm without the advanced fee.
• When you will arrive it will be required a deposit of € 100,00, that we will give you back at your departure.
